Help your small business stand out and run better in the age of AI.

I'm Mingle, a software engineer. I build fast websites, help customers find you in search results, on map apps, and through AI assistants, and set up tools that save you time and money.

Small businesses I've built for

  • Medical practices
  • Mobile veterinary care
  • Pet grooming
  • Restaurants
  • Podcasts
  • Personal brands
  • Skincare studios

What

What I do

Two sides of the same job: helping people find you, and making the business easier to run.

Websites

A site that loads quickly, says what you do, and makes the next step obvious: call, book, or visit. Built for phones first, because that's where most people will see it.

Example: A practice website where a new visitor can find hours, location, and how to make an appointment in a few seconds.

Listings and AI search visibility

Your business details live in many places besides your website. I make them accurate and consistent, so maps, search engines, and AI assistants all describe you correctly.

Example: A restaurant's hours and menu kept accurate across Google, Yelp, and Apple Maps, so AI assistants quote the right information.

Process improvements

I look for the manual, repetitive work in your day and replace it with simple automation and better tools. Small fixes, chosen because they save real time.

Example: A website inquiry that files itself into a spreadsheet and sends a confirmation, so nobody has to retype it.

Technology upgrades

I help you choose the right software for scheduling, payments, email, and files, then set it up and make sure it fits how your team already works.

Example: Moving a front desk from a paper calendar to online booking that staff are comfortable using.

Why

Why this matters now

For years, being found meant showing up as a link on Google. Now customers ask an AI assistant for a recommendation, or pick a business straight from a map listing.

Those tools build their answers from what is publicly written about you: your site, your listings, your reviews, and other mentions.

For a small business, that means two things. Your information needs to be correct everywhere it appears, and your website needs to state plainly what you do, where, and for whom.

Neither is complicated. Both take steady attention, and that's work I can take off your plate.

Where can I get dinner near me that's open right now?

Your Restaurant is open until 10 tonight and takes walk-ins. Here is the current menu.

  • Google listing
  • Yelp
  • Apple Maps
  • Your website
Illustration only. An assistant can quote your hours correctly only if your listings are correct.

How

How it works

  1. Step 1

    A short call

Fifteen minutes, free. You tell me about the business and what's getting in the way. I tell you honestly whether I can help.

  2. Step 2

    A review

I look at your website, your listings, and how the day-to-day work gets done. You get a plain-English summary of what I found.

  3. Step 3

    A plan

I put the fixes in order, biggest payoff first. Then I do the work myself and keep you in the loop at each step.

About

About Mingle

I'm Mingle Li, a software engineer based in Framingham, Massachusetts and a Northeastern University graduate. My day job is cloud infrastructure and full-stack applications.

Since 2019 I've also built and looked after websites for small businesses in very different spaces, including medical, veterinary, restaurant, skincare, and personal brands. Mingle Tech Solutions is how I do that work today, alongside the listings, automation, and software setup that businesses now need as well.

You work with me directly, start to finish. I'll tell you what I'm doing and why, and if something isn't worth your money, I'll say so.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Mingle Tech Solutions helps small businesses stand out and run better. Most of the work is websites, online listings, and replacing busywork with better tools, but I'm a generalist. If it involves technology and your business, chances are I can help.

I'm based in Framingham, Massachusetts. I'll drive to meet you anywhere in the state, and I work remotely with businesses anywhere.

They draw on public information: your website, your Google, Yelp, and Apple Maps listings, reviews, and other mentions online. When those sources are clear, consistent, and current, an assistant has better material to work with. I can't promise a recommendation, and nobody honestly can. What I can do is make sure the information about your business is accurate and easy to read.

Often the existing site can be improved. I start by reviewing what you have. If it's sound, I fix what's slow, unclear, or out of date. If rebuilding would serve you better, I'll explain why in plain English and you decide.

It means finding work your team does by hand over and over, like retyping bookings into a spreadsheet or sending the same reminder emails, and replacing it with a simple automation or a better tool.

I do. I'm a working software engineer and I build everything myself instead of passing it to a team. You talk to the person doing the work.

That's not my focus. I can still help, though: setting up computers and office equipment, sorting out Wi-Fi and networking, removing malware, and showing your team how to use their tools.

It depends on the project. Book a free 15-minute call and I'll give you a quote once I understand what you need.
